Wrong item sent/no response

I was sent the wrong item, emailed and was told I could choose between return label (with refund once item was received back) or get a 10% discount and just keep wrong items I was sent. I asked for a return label and received no response. I contacted my bank and they are now disputing the charge on my behalf. So would I order again? Never

Excellent service, great product and price

Very impressed with the service - quick delivery during difficult times. Product is as lovely as I would have expected, gave it an initial launder and it only needed a light ironing. The price was a real bonus too so I'm very happy all round.
